Our services

We are one of the busiest NHS Foundation Trusts, with more than 850,000 patient contacts every year. We provide a full range of hospital services for our local communities in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.  We also provide specialist services for patients from across London, the South East and further afield.  For more information, see the services section and our vital statistics.

Our history

Our hospitals have been at the forefront of medical innovation and progress since they were founded almost 900 years ago. Both hospitals have built on these traditions and continue to have a reputation for excellence and innovation. Read more about our history.
